You can return unused items in their original condition within 7 days of our Purchase.

Please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below schedule a Return Pickup.

How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved (make sure you check your junk/spam folder if it doesn't arrive!).

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

They must be:

• Returned in 'as new' sellable condition.
• In the original packaging.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer will be responsible for the expenses of the return/exchange shipping fees.

How & When will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.
• We will also notify you once we have processed the refund. Refunds for Prepaid Orders are processed through their original payment method.
• Refunds for COD Orders are processed through a Bank Account. Thus kindly add Bank Details in the Notes.
