What is the Exchange Policy?

We adopt a 7-day exchange policy and all eligible products can be returned for a new product or store credit, which will be valid for a year. You may fill the ‘Return Request’ section found at the bottom of our website or email us at info@koisleepwear .com within 7 days of buying the product to raise a return request.

*Note: Please make sure the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

What is the Refund Policy?

We do not provide refunds. We offer store credit which is valid for up to one year.

Why are certain products not eligible for return/exchange?

Products purchased on a discount are not eligible for return/exchange. We mention that the product is 'END OF SEASON SALE' i.e. not valid for return/ exchange, below the name of the product on the product page as well.

What is the process to return/exchange a product?

It takes 4 quick steps to return a product:

Step 1: Go to the ‘Return Request’ section found at the bottom of our website or email us at info@koisleepwear.com or You can also WhatsApp +919327077850 us at ( Whatsapp only) and get the help of our customer care agents to return/exchange your products.

Step 2: Make sure to fill in the relevant details like Order Number, Images and Reason for Return. Attach the original invoice and pack with the original packaging to avoid any discrepancies.

Step 3:  A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.

Step 4: Customers should kindly note that picking up of product doesn’t guarantee that the return/exchange is approved. Our examination team will go through the products first before approving your request for return/exchange within the next 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is imperative that you: products are packed and folded properly

Step 5: If it is a return, you will receive a store credit voucher for the value of the original purchase. If it is an exchange, the new product will be shipped to you once the return has been processed.

How long will it take to process a return?

7 to 10 working days. Currently we do not accept returns on ‘END OF SEASON SALE’ products.  For exchange more than once, return and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
