Are there any hidden costs (GST, octroi etc) on items sold on our Website?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on our Website List prices are final and all- inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Whether the Seller ships to your location.

How do I redeem my promo code?

You will have the option of adding the promo code while checking out.

How can I buy the product which is actually ‘out of stock’?

You can do that with the help of ‘’Notify me” button. You will see this button just below the product which is out of stock. Just click on that button and you will receive a notification when the product is back for sale.

Can my products be gift wrapped and shipped?

Yes, you can send gift orders to your friends/family members on our website for an additional charge of Rs. 50, you can choose to gift wrap your order by selecting the option in your shopping bag. Your gift will also include a personalized message from you. (We use only paper gift wraps)

What if I want to change my Address?

You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
